Testing

We are pleased to announce that Act 1 Essentials/St Helens Hemp Works has been selected to participate in Rose City Labs Compliance Certification Program, a packaging partnership program.

The Rose City Compliance Certification Program is a partnership between trusted Cannabis customers and us,

their preferred testing lab. Certification allows approved businesses to use a branded Certified Testing Seal

on their packaging. The visibility of this seal means that products have been independently tested by a thirdparty

ISO-17025 accredited laboratory. When you see the Certified Seal on our products' packaging, you can  confidently make the connection between quality assurance and a reliable and compliant product. At a glance, this means the product meets the packaging standards required by the OLCC’s mandated rules.

All sampling and testing is performed by laboratories licensed by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission and accredited by the Oregon Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ORELAP).
